Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Khawab Home bedding. If something's not right, we'll make it easy.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Condition for Return
To keep things fair and hygienic for every customer, returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage not caused by us

Because bedding is a personal item, we can't accept returns on comforters or sheet sets that have been used or washed, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return
Email us at admin@khawabhome.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return and send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back in most cases.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email once it's done.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, it's on us.

Exchanges
Want a different colour or pattern instead of a refund? Let us know in your return request and we'll set it up, subject to availability.

Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective.
