Canada (Free Standard Shipping)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
Need it faster? Express shipping is available at $20 CAD and typically arrives within 2–5 business days.
United States
Standard shipping to the US is $12 CAD. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.
Express shipping to the US is available at $28 CAD, arriving within 3–7 business days.
International
We ship to the UK, Australia, UAE, Germany, France, India, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, New Zealand, and more.
International standard shipping is $25 CAD. Estimated delivery time is 10–21 business days depending on your location.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds
Our Policy
We want you to love your Khawab Home purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and unwashed
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return
Email us at admin@khawabhome.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or size? We're happy to exchange. Contact us at admin@khawabhome.com and we'll sort it out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace or refund at no extra cost to you.
